Terms and Conditions of the "Goalkeeper Kit" Contest

Effective Date: 30/06/2026

§1. General Provisions

  1. This set of rules and regulations (hereinafter: "Regulations") defines the rules of the competition conducted under the name "Goalkeeper Set" (hereinafter: "Competition").
  2. The Organizer of the Competition is CREO PROJECT, Tax ID 9581723270, with its registered office at ul. Zbożowej 26C, 81-020 Gdynia, operating the ULTRAKEEPER brand (hereinafter: "Organizer"). Contact: kontakt.ultrakeeper@gmail.com.
  3. The Competition is conducted on the ULTRAKEEPER brand profiles on Facebook and Instagram.
  4. The Competition is not a lottery, raffle, mutual bet, or promotional lottery in the understanding of the Act of November 19, 2009, on gambling. The winner is selected based on a substantive evaluation of submissions, not a draw.

§2. Competition Duration

  1. The Competition runs from the publication of the competition post on 30/06/2026 until 10/07/2026 at 23:59 (Central European Time).
  2. The results of the Competition will be announced on 11/07/2026 in a comment under the competition post and/or in a separate post on the Organizer's profile.

§3. Eligibility Requirements

  1. The participant in the Competition can only be a natural person who is at least 16 years old and has an active Facebook or Instagram account. Minors participate with the consent of a legal guardian.
  2. Employees and associates of the Organizer and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
  3. Participation in the Competition is voluntary and free of charge.

§4. Competition Rules and Task

  1. To participate in the Competition, the Participant should collectively:
    • like the competition post,
    • follow the ULTRAKEEPER profile (@ultrakeeper),
    • post a comment under the competition post answering the question: who is your inspiration and idol in goalkeeping,
    • tag at least one friend in the comment.
  2. One Participant may post any number of comments, but only one, the best answer from a given Participant, will be considered for evaluation.
  3. Submissions violating the law, good customs, third-party rights, or the rules of Facebook/Instagram will not be taken into account.

§5. Prize

  1. The prize in the Competition is the ULTRAKEEPER "Goalkeeper Set", including Goalkeeper Grip Spray and Glove Wash Foam products (1 set), with a value not exceeding PLN 2000.
  2. One (1) winner is foreseen.
  3. The prize cannot be exchanged for its monetary equivalent or for another prize.
  4. Due to the prize value not exceeding PLN 2000, the prize is exempt from personal income tax under Article 21, paragraph 1, point 68 of the PIT Act.

§6. Winner Selection

  1. The winner will be selected by a competition commission appointed by the Organizer (hereinafter: "Jury").
  2. The Jury will evaluate submissions according to the criteria: creativity, originality, and consistency of the answer with the Competition theme, choosing the most interesting answer.
  3. The Jury's decisions are final.

§7. Announcement of Results and Prize Award

  1. The winner will be informed of the win by being tagged in a comment under the competition post and asked to contact via private message.
  2. A condition for awarding the prize is that the Winner sends the data necessary for shipping within 7 days from the announcement of the results. Failure to contact within this period means forfeiture of the right to the prize.
  3. The prize will be sent within Poland at the Organizer's expense.

§8. Personal Data (GDPR)

  1. The Administrator of Participants' personal data is the Organizer.
  2. Data is processed solely for the purpose of conducting the Competition, selecting the winner, and awarding the prize, based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a and letter f of the GDPR (consent and the Organizer's legitimate interest).
  3. Data is stored for the period necessary to conduct the Competition and handle any complaints.
  4. The Participant has the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to its processing, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Contact for data matters: kontakt.ultrakeeper@gmail.com.

§9. Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the Competition can be submitted to kontakt.ultrakeeper@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of announcement of the results.
  2. The complaint should include the Participant's details and a description and reason for the complaint. The Organizer will consider the complaint within 14 days.

§10. Final Provisions

  1. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook and Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.). These services bear no responsibility for the Competition. The Participant releases Meta from all liability related to the Competition.
  2. Participation in the Competition means acceptance of these Regulations.
  3. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, Polish law shall apply.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations for valid reasons, provided that this does not worsen the conditions of participation.
